Although an older hotel (inside and out), my stay at the Sheraton Cavalier was good considering what I paid.
The front desk and restaurant team was welcoming and personable, the upgraded suite was nice enough and somewhat newer than expected, and sleep quality was good. Free parking was also a plus, considering the hotel was farther out and transit wasn’t the most convenient. A “lounge” was also available, but it was more like a pantry as there was nothing noteworthy being served minus some assorted bagged snacks, a coffee machine and some soft drinks – no breakfast or afternoon snack service. Still beats the vending machines though, it was free stuff after all.
From what I heard, a reno should be on its way. Indeed, the hard product was quite old and almost too old, but at its current state I would definitely book again if the price are right.
