This is one of the places where you’d find everything you expect and need at a hotel – great location right next to the high-speed railway station, nice staff, clean rooms, good breakfast (very good actually), laundry service (effectively free, costs CNY0.01 per cycle) etc.. Anything beyond that, you’d have some trouble finding, which is fine considering its price point.
The only bummer I experienced was that the hotel somehow couldn’t take my Amex cards – not one, but all of them. I ended up using a Visa that I didn’t know I was carrying but being an IHG property and having Amex listed on their website, this would have left me in a real pickle if I didn’t have the Visa in my wallet. Apart from that, I have no problem coming back or recommending this hotel.
