Generally speaking I enjoyed my short stay. The front desk staff was welcoming and eager to help. Restaurant was good enough, although pricing seemed to be on the higher side. Parking was convenient and free, and location was great. My upgraded junior suite was somewhat spacious, although I did find some amenities missing from my room, namely a coffee machine and an iron. My stay was short enough so I did not care or bring this up to the front desk.
The biggest let down I experienced was the attention to detail, or the lack thereof, from the housekeeping team. A few spots in the room were clearly not attended to, including beard trimmings in the sink that didn’t belong to me. That said, the lady that checked me out did listen to my concern, and I was happy with how my comments were handled.
