I loved the fact that the hotel was brand new (side note – smelled new too, if you care about that), and from public areas to room decor everything was designed with ergonomics in mind, not just the looks. The suite itself I had was on the smaller side by Residence Inn standard, however was functional and very much adequate. I did find the staff stand-offish in some cases, but overall everyone was pleasant to deal with, especially Paul and the manager Jason.
The issue I had though, was that I don’t have a reason to come back. The hotel was not terrible, but not particularly charismatic either. It was bland, but so was the norm in the Dartmouth Crossing area. I would call it one of the better hotels in the area, just not a destination I’d go out of my way to visit.
